I am writing this review because I cannot praise Zac and his team enough for everything they have done for us. Our house was originally (and unfortunately) surveyed by another company and we had the remedial work done by ICE cleaning based on the report we had received. The remedial work was thorough and to a high standard. I have severe chronic fatigue party due to my cotoxin illness and I was impressed by the knowledge Zac and his team had on how dangerous mould can be as most companies do not understand the devastating implications of such exposure. We also discovered that our original mould report had not been carried out as thoroughly as we were led to believe after finding black mould in our bathroom (how on earth had this been missed by a company specialising in mould??!).

Zac and his team came to us within 48 hours, rectified the problem, resurveyed our whole house and ensured that it was entirely safe for us to move back in. The guys on site have been amazingly thorough with how they protected other parts of our home from further contamination and were extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Not only this, but Zac has been very generous with his time on the phone. He's been friendly and has shown real compassion to his clients (which has been truly appreciated in our family's situation). 

His company understands mould. Something which many companies do not. For a lot of people that are chronically sick with Lyme, fatigue etc mould is a crucial piece of the healing puzzle.

Do your research before using other companies. We have been let down by other 'experts' in this field who charged the earth and made serious oversights on their report.
