They arrived quite late in the evening (at around 9pm) and didn't leave until about 11pm so it was clear to me that they were very conscientious about doing a proper job. They explained to me exactly what they had done and they also disinfected all the necessary areas. They arrived wearing their masks and plastic covers for their shoes so as not to bring dirt into my flat (as they had to pass through my flat to get to my communal garden).
