ICE Cleaning Appoints Sean Farrell As Business Development Director

One of the UK’s leading providers of industrial, commercial and domestic cleaning services, ICE Services Group Ltd, recently welcomed Sean Farrell as Business Development Director.

With 16 years of experience in the facilities management cleaning sector, Sean possesses a wealth of knowledge of the British transport and aviation industries. 

Zac Hemming, Founding Director of ICE Cleaning, commented, “James and I are very excited to announce the appointment of Sean as Business Development Director of ICE Cleaning. Sean is not only familiar with the cleaning sector but holds extensive knowledge of the processes involved in acquiring professional accreditations. Sean previously worked as Technical Operations Manager at global facilities management corporation ISS Facility Services UK. Handling annual contracts of up to £30 million, his expertise spans from project management to compliance, as well as health and safety.

During his time at ISS, Sean supervised 100 stations and 20 separate accommodation sites, in total managing over 600 members of staff. As part of his role, Sean was responsible for helping the company to obtain professional health and safety, quality and environmental ISO certifications.

ICE Cleaning recently announced that, following 700% growth in 2020/21, the company’s vision going forward revolves around corporate social responsibility. In terms of sustainability, ICE Cleaning operates using solely biodegradable, eco-friendly solutions. Diversity and inclusion also remain high on ICE Cleaning’s agenda.
