ICE Cleaning Attends The Cleaning Excellence Conference and Awards

On Wednesday 7th December, ICE Cleaning was delighted to attend the Cleaning Excellence Conference and Awards at the Coventry Building Society Arena. 

ICE Cleaning's Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, Sophie Rioch, and Co-Founder and CEO, Zac Hemming, travelled to Coventry for the Cleaning Excellence Conference Awards to take part in the all-day event.

The Cleaning Excellence Awards promote the services and products produced in the sector, and support the dedication and outstanding achievements of everyone who works hard to keep the nation clean. Zac and Sophie enjoyed CPD seminars throughout the morning and early afternoon, learning from experts on different cleaning topics. This included "Harnessing the Power of Sustainable Cleaning" carried out by Steve Courtney, who works at Robert Scott as a Product Specialist, and "Onboarding in a Digital World', led by Stefan Sosnowski, Operations Director at uComply.

Then came the awards ceremony. ICE Cleaning was shortlisted as a finalist for two awards - Best COVID-19 Response and Cleaning and Hygiene Team of the Year. Zac was also given the opportunity to present the Lifetime Achievement Award - the final and most prestigious award of the day.

The day included exciting opportunities to network with others in the industry at the Networking Party organised by the Hill Club for all attendees. In the evening, the conference hall turned into a fun space with roulette and blackjack tables, complimentary drinks and more.

ICE Cleaning, founded in 2017 by Zac Hemming and James Reynolds, has grown exponentially in recent years with the help of its dedicated office team and technicians.
