ICE Cleaning's May Employee Of The Month
On the 21st June, the Co-Founder and CEO of ICE Cleaning announced May’s employee of the month.
Zac Hemming confirmed that ICE Cleaning’s May employee of the month was Jess Welch, a Sales Representative in the Sales Team. Jess was selected for the award because she recently broke ICE Cleaning’s conversion rate record with a rate of 28%.
Having congratulated Jess for receiving the award, Zac commented:
“May was a great month for Jess. Our conversion rate record was only last broken a few months ago, so this is a huge achievement. I’m sure it won’t be long before she smashes it again!”
Paul Gimenez, ICE Cleaning's Sales & Business Development Manager, also added:

Zac gave Jess a certificate and a dining voucher for a restaurant of her choice. ICE Cleaning donated £100 to charity that she chose, too.
