ICE Cleaning's November Employee of the Month

On Thursday 1st December, Zac Hemming, Co. Founder and CEO at ICE Cleaning, revealed the Company's November employee of the month.

ICE Cleaning’s November employee of the month was announced as Alice Redshaw, Senior Content Executive. Alice was chosen as the employee of the month for her hard work and dedication to increasing organic traffic on the Company’s website through the creation of new digital content.  

Alice joined as a Content Executive in the Marketing Team at ICE Cleaning in November 2021, having previously worked in the PR and communications industry. Following nine months of solid progress, Alice was promoted to Senior Content Executive in August 2022. 

The Marketing Team at ICE Cleaning, headed by Sophie Rioch, is responsible for generating high-quality leads through SEO and PPC practices. The entire team has worked hard since the beginning of the financial year to grow organic website traffic, in particular blog traffic, to boost the Company’s rankings on Google for its key service lines and grow the number of monthly enquiries.  

The team’s success is largely down to the creation of new website content, which Alice has been heavily involved in. Alice’s efforts have seen ICE Cleaning’s blog traffic treble from April to November and the Company’s service page traffic grow by 342%, accelerating the number of organic leads to an all-time high.

Commenting on the Company’s decision to put Alice forward for the November employee of the month award, Sophie, Alice’s manager, stated: “I’m really proud of Alice for the progress we’ve seen over the last year. In the 12 months that Alice has been with us, she’s played a huge part in strengthening our SEO strategy through her consistent blog output and content refresh activities.
