ICE Cleaning's October Employee of the Month

On Monday 31st October, ICE Cleaning's Co. Founder and CEO, Zac Hemming, announced the Company's first employee of the month - Michael Aedy.
Mike first joined ICE Cleaning in July 2021 as a Technician in the Operations Team. Prior to working at ICE Cleaning, he spent four years as a window cleaner for a building maintenance and cleaning services provider.
In January 2022, Mike was promoted to a managerial position within the Operations Team at ICE Cleaning. He now operates as Field Service Manager within the department, responsible for supervising all specialist cleaning operatives and ensuring all jobs go as planned.
Commenting on the decision to put Mike forward for the award, Zac stated: "Throughout the month of October, Mike has been an integral part of some major projects being delivered operationally. He has overseen the successful delivery of a number of projects, including our first large project with our new client, Ocado."
He continued: "In addition to this, Mike has stepped in on multiple occasions to help other areas of the business - even completing a few days' work as a technician - setting a high standard for others to follow and demonstrating our core values in all that he has done."
Zac congratulated Mike with a certificate for his achievement and gifted him a dining voucher for a venue of his choice. ICE Cleaning also donated £100 to his chosen charity - Diabetes UK.
