ICE Cleaning Creates a New Tier of Management 

ICE Services Group Ltd, the London-based company behind the revolutionary ICE SHIELD™, this week welcomed two new senior managers to the team, Lewis Hole and Nouman Sarwar.

Lewis, ICE Cleaning’s new Operations Manager, will oversee the daily workings of the company’s operations, ensuring best-in-class service is achieved at all times. Lewis will be responsible for maximising efficiency and maintaining the Company’s excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

With over 35 years of professional experience in the cleaning industry, including 20 years at a senior level, Lewis is familiar with virtually every type of cleaning and a myriad of varied clients, including Goldman Sachs, David Lloyd, Santander and Rentokil Initial. Lewis most recently held the title of Operations Director at Otium Services & Facilities Ltd, a £21.5 million hospitality firm.

Speaking of his new role, Lewis added, “I am looking forward to working in this young, professional, progressive company, which I believe reflects its founders – Zac and James. I’m excited to have been given the opportunity to add my skill sets and experience to an already amazing company.”

ICE Cleaning selected Nouman Sarwar as Financial Controller earlier this month, following the appointment of Rupert Jackson-Cousin – ICE Cleaning’s Chief Financial Officer – back in January.

With a wealth of multi-cultural experience in a variety of sectors – including hospitality, logistics and manufacturing – Nouman has over 8 years relevant experience, in particular in the implementation of financial controls necessary for a company with a largely remote workforce.

Nouman shared, “I’m delighted to be joining ICE Cleaning. My role here brings a range of new challenges, however, with the support of the team around me, I know my hard work and perseverance will help me to achieve success.

Lewis and Nouman join Tom Colgan in the ICE Cleaning management team, who entered the company last August. Prior to his position at ICE Cleaning, Tom managed a number of successful SEO and PPC campaigns within the insurance and leisure industries. He also has experience in running e-commerce stores.

Since joining as the sole member of the marketing team back in August, Tom’s entrepreneurial approach has helped grow ICE Cleaning’s month-on-month revenue by 272%. He now manages a team of three and prioritises digital-focused methods to achieve marketing success.
