Step 1 Contact
You can book your free survey appointment via phone, email or on our website.
We'll contact you to discuss your requirements, providing an overview of what to expect as well as a realistic estimation of total costs.
We'll arrange for your local team to carry out a survey at a time convenient to you.
Step 2 Quote
Adhering to health and safety protocols, one of our technicians will visit the site and assess the level of damage.
We'll then be able to recommend the most effective method for your situation and answer any questions regarding the cleaning before providing a free, comprehensive quote for the work.
Our technicians will also undertake a thorough risk assessment to avoid any unforeseen issues arising during the cleaning.
Step 3 Cleaning
We promise to arrive promptly wearing full uniform, including ID badges, and adhere to health and safety protocols throughout.
We'll use the TORIK Stone Cleaning system and ensure all health and safety obligations are considered. This system is non-abrasive and toxic-free, keeping the integrity of all stones intact. Any waste will be taken off-site and disposed of correctly.
Once finished, our technicians will review and document all work carried out. We'll always check you're happy before leaving the site.

We use the TORIK Stone Cleaning System as part of their cleaning services to aid the removal of tough substances. The TORIK system is a steam-based cleaning tool suitable for removing substances such as dirt, paint and moss from hard surfaces like brick and stone.
How It Works
Versatile and efficient, the TORIK is made up of two components which work in turn to produce a controllable flow of high-pressure, superheated water and steam.
The superheated water is generated in a diesel burner before being electronically pumped through the system and released via a high-pressure lance. The ceramic nozzle allows for optimal precision at all times.
The system is non-abrasive and non-toxic, meaning it will not cause further damage to your property. Our technicians are able to control the temperature and force at all times, ensuring maximum safety.
Whilst the TORIK is not harmful to human health, we recommend you remain off-site whilst our technicians are at work. We’ll also provide you with a certificate of completion once the work has been done.
